This policy explains how GenjutsuAIVideo.com ("we", "the Service") handles your information.

What We Collect

• Account data: your name, email address and profile picture from your sign-in provider (for example Google), and the IP address used at sign-up to prevent abuse.
• Content you upload: video clips and prompts you submit, and the videos generated from them.
• Billing data: plan, credit balance and order history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through privacy-friendly analytics and server logs.

How We Use It

We use your data to run the Service: to sign you in, process your videos, keep your generation history, manage credits and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploads to train our own models.

Who Processes Your Data

To provide the Service we share data with service providers acting on our behalf:

• AI model providers (including Higgsfield and other video-model APIs) receive your uploaded clip and prompt in order to generate the output.
• Cloudflare hosts the Service, its database and file storage.
• Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
• Sign-in and email providers (for example Google) authenticate you and deliver account emails.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. Some providers are located outside your country, including in the United States.

Retention

Uploaded clips and generated videos are kept while your account is active so you can access your history; you can delete them from your account at any time. We may delete inputs and outputs older than 90 days to limit storage. Account and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and tax purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us from the address on your account.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and analytics cookies only where permitted.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
