Refund Policy

Every AI generation costs us real compute, so refunds depend on whether the credits you bought have been used.

Automatic Credit Returns

If a generation fails because of a technical error — on our side or on our AI provider's side — the credits for that generation are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Subscriptions

• You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you have used no more than 10% of that period's credits.
• Renewal payments can be refunded within 48 hours of the renewal if none of the renewed credits have been used.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the paid period.

Credit Packs

One-time credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used.

Not Refundable

• Credits already spent on completed generations, including results you did not like. AI output varies; we recommend testing prompts in Standard mode before rendering in Pro.
• Credits spent on requests blocked for violating our Terms of Service.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@genjutsuaivideo.com from the address on your account with your order date. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
